The easiest way to use Merckens chocolate coating is simply applying it in existing foods such as pretzels or cake pieces or dip it into the melted chocolate.  Making molded candies and pops from Merckens chocolate coating is closely the same, the exception is that the pops require a stick. If you prefer melting with microwave, place the Merckens chocolate coating in an open glass or plastic container. On low temperature, the coatings in a microwave for approximately 10 to 15 seconds and then bring it out and stir to check constancy, and then heat it again. Repeat this process until it has reached the right constancy for pouring.
